A short distance from Madrid, the rugged, weathered peaks of the Sierra de Gredos serve as a refreshingly cool retreat from the heat and the bustle of the capital. Rozas is a wine made from Grenache that comes from 50 and 60-year-old vines that are planted on granite-based soils at 900 metres of altitude, in Las Umbrías. Comando G is a project created to recover old abandoned vines of the Grenache variety
