From a single parcel on the outskirts of Nou de Gaia planted on calcareous soils. The fruit was macerated for 16 days and then pressed to tank where the wine rested on the lees for nine months. A deep golden colour in the glass, this sparks interest with aromatic tropical fruit and a refreshing, citrusy finish.
