Clos Lentiscus Greco di Subur Blanc de Blancs 2019 is a biodynamic sparkling wine from the Penedès region in Spain, crafted from 100% Malvasia de Sitges grapes. It is produced using the traditional method, with no added dosage, and aged on lees for 24–26 months. Tasting notes highlight its pale yellow color with golden glints, aromatic bouquet featuring tropical fruit, floral notes, and confectionery, and a fresh, creamy palate with well-integrated carbonic acid and a persistent finish.
